Aster Support
Help with the app.
Start with the common questions below. If you are testing Aster, make sure you have the newest version from TestFlight.
Does Aster replace Apple Reminders?
No. Your reminders still live in Apple Reminders. Aster gives you a simpler way to see what matters, add reminders, and clean up old ones.
Why does Aster need Reminders access?
Aster needs permission to show your reminders and save the changes you choose. You can review or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
Why do I need an Aster account?
Aster uses Clerk to keep sign-in secure. Your reminders and what Aster learns about your preferences are not stored in your Clerk account.
A change is missing. What should I try?
Close and reopen Aster so it can check Apple Reminders again. Also make sure Aster still has Reminders access in iOS Settings.
Does Aster change reminders on its own?
No. Aster only deletes, completes, moves, reschedules, or changes the priority of a reminder when you choose to.
